Man sentenced to 8 years for murder

VERMILION COUNTY -- A Cook County man will serve eight years for the murder of a Danville man. 79-year old Antone Akroush was charged with second degree murder for shooting his business partner. The men owned liquor stores in Danville and Chicago.

Akrough entered an Alford Plea. That means he didn't admit guilt, but agrees prosecutors have enough to convict him at trial.
