TOLONO -- People can look forward to a new park. Village leaders are helping the park district develop land into East Side Park.

It used to be Unity Junior High School property. The village will give the park district more than $200,000.

It's also getting about $400,000 from the state, but it still needs another $200,000 to cover construction costs.
