Man accused of having stolen sticker

UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS -- A Champaign man faces multiple charges including possession of stolen property. 26-year old Pedro Basilio is accused of having a stolen registration sticker on a vehicle he was driving.

He was stopped just after noon Tuesday near Park and Central streets in Urbana. He's also accused of not having a valid driver's license and obstructing justice.
