Although some areas are still classified as 'Abnormally Dry,' the Moderate Drought classification has lifted across the entire WCIA viewing area.  This actually includes Champaign and Danville.  You can get more on the drought categories in our Weather 101 Section.  

Looking ahead, the 8 to 14 day forecast is looking to bring us near normal rainfall.
