DECATUR -- Two men were arrested after calling their victim. 21-year old Tarrell Boey and 22-year old Atheree Chaney are accused of committing robbery and assault in October in the 800-block of North Pine Street.

Police say the pair took a man's cellphone and called him later to ask he not report the crime and tell him where his phone was. They had thrown it on the roof of the Old King's Orchard Community Center.

Authorities say both men were armed with handguns during the robbery and had t-shirts pulled over their faces. The victim tried to grab one of the guns. It fired during the struggle. No one was hurt.
