CHAMPAIGN -- Middle schoolers learned fun ways to go green from college students. The University of Illinois U.S. Green Building Council hosted a science fair at the Leonard Recreation Center.

There were interactive games for students from Jefferson Middle School to play. They learned ways their school is already going green.

Students from all grade levels got to check out the exhibits. The USGBC students want to expand their program to other schools around town in the future.
