ILLINOIS -- The state launches its newest Veterans Cash Instant Lottery ticket Wednesday. It's the first lottery game in the country to give 100% of net proceeds to Illinois' veterans.

Since the program started in 2006, Veterans Cash has awarded more than $10 million in grants to veterans' organizations in the state. Each ticket costs $2 and the game features top prizes of $20,000.
