CHAMPAIGN -- Election Day is usually pretty hectic, but a new system in Champaign County made some election woes a thing of the past. Voters have five new precincts this year.

Curtis Church of God is one of those. There are now 100 polling places in the county, up from 95. But, that's not the only change.

You might have noticed judges have laptops this year. They're using "Poll Books." It's a new special software with information on every registered voter in the county.

A few came to the wrong precinct, but by using the software, judges were able to sent them to the correct location within minutes. Election judges say the poll books made a huge difference in traffic.
