Fatal car crash

COLES COUNTY-- Investigators are looking into a crash that killed a Mattoon man.
23-year-old Mitchell Webb was driving on Route 316 near Loxa Road Friday.
Police say he veered into oncoming traffic, but they're not sure why. Webb ran head-on into a semi. Webb was pronounced dead at the scene.
The semi-driver, James Vaughn, was taken to a hospital. His condition has not been released.

As a cousin of Mitch, you have these facts wrong. He was more like 23. He was born in 1989.
Also I believe you will find the accident was on route 316 and the loxa road.
