SPRINGFIELD -- Governor Quinn's chief spokeswoman is officially now the head of the state's Sports Commission. Quinn and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel have been feuding over her qualifications.

Kelly Kraft will be responsible for the oversight of U.S. Cellular Field and other parks. Emanuel tried to stop her from getting the job. He publicly called her out for filing bankruptcy in 2009.
