Republicans Speak Out

CHAMPAIGN - State Republicans got the chance to address big issues Sunday night in Champaign. The group met at the Round Barn Center for their annual Lincoln Day Dinner. The recent electric rate hike was one of the hot topics addressed by Senator Dan Rutherford. He says coordination between Ameren and Con-Ed is necessary, but in the mean time, a frieze in rates is possible.
Rutherford says he'd like to see both parties work together to stop electric companies from draining your pocket.
