NORMAL -- A student accused of shooting a gun in school has been found fit to stand trial. The 14-year-old faces 14 felony charges after police say he shot a gun in Normal Community High School last month. He pleaded not guilty.

The teen is accused of bringing three hand guns, a hatchet and a knife to the school. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for November. The state may request moving the trial from juvenile to adult court.
