Neighbors scared by man with gun

CHARLESTON -- A man who scared his neighbors is out on bond. Police say Michael Campbell was drunk and standing outside his home with a gun Saturday afternoon.
When they arrived, Campbell had already gone inside. Officers surrounded the home and tried making contact, but Campbell didn't answer.
Authorities eventually got inside and arrested him without incident. He faces charges for unlawful use of a weapon.
