Possible meningitis case in Illinois

SPRINGFIELD -- The deadly meningitis outbreak may now be in Illinois. The Illinois Department of Public Health says one person in Chicago may have it.

The bacterial infection is linked to tainted steroid shots. So far there are more than 200 cases in 14 states. Fifteen people have died.
