LOGAN COUNTY -- Defense lawyers in the Gee family murder case try again to get one of the victim's medical records among others. Lawyers for Christopher Harris say their client killed a 14-year old in self-defense after the boy murdered four members of his family.

Harris and his brother, Jason, are accused of the 2009 mass murder in Beason. Lawyers want Dillen Constant's medical, mental health, school and criminal records.

Their original request was denied because the judge wanted more details. New court documents list at least five people defense lawyers say told police about the teen's violent tendencies.

One of them is Nicole Gee. She is Constant's half-sister and Christopher Harris' ex-wife.
