Peterson replaces attorneys

CHICAGO -- He's awaiting sentencing for murdering his third wife, but Drew Peterson is asking for a new trial and has a team of new attorneys. The motion for a new trial is based on "ineffective assistance" of Peterson's defense attorney, Joel Brodsky.
It claims Brodsky repeatedly lied to Peterson and encouraged him to seek as much publicity as possible. Peterson's new attorneys say Brodsky made several key mistakes during the trial.
