SPRINGFIELD -- Workers with disabilities got the chance to job hunt Wednesday. The Department of Human Services put on the job fair at the State Fairgrounds.

The first hour is only for those with disabilities. Organizers say it's a good way to bring workers face-to-face and break down any misconceptions.

The state calls it a win-win situation. People can find work and the companies get tax breaks for hiring someone with a disability.
