Central Illinois has been removed from the slight risk for today, but storms are still possible. However, the likelyhood of those being severe is much smaller. Most of today should be dry with late evening thunderstorms possible around 9 or 10 PM. Evening temperatures should be in the lower to middle 70s. Winds will be noticable and from the south at 5 to 10 mph.
Wednesday will start with scattered showers and temperatures in the middle 60s. Most of the day will be overcast, but as the day goes on, the rain should start to move out. We may even see a few peaks of sun towards the end of the day. Highs will be in the upper 70s, with a west wind at 5 to 15 mph.
We take a cool-down after these thunderstorm chances exit. Check out more in your 7 day forecast.
