Fight hate crime

WASHINGTON -- More than 7,400 hate crimes are reported in the United States every year. And experts say race is the number one reason why someone lashes out.

But there are other factors and things all of us can do to stop it. For suggestions and ideas, check out this website from the National Crime Prevention Council.
