Student accused of pointing gun out window

UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS -- A student faces charges of disorderly conduct after allegedly pointing a gun out of a dormitory window. 20-year old Halley Cullitty, of Champaign was arrested while jogging by an officer who recognized him.

Witnesses reported seeing someone point a handgun at pedestrians from inside a room at Weston Hall. Police seized a CO2 BB handgun during a search of his room.
