Election advantage determined by "type" of voter

CBS -- In the race for the White House, Mitt Romney takes a slight lead in a new national poll. Gallup found, among likely voters, Romney leads President Obama 49 - 47 %.

However, among all registered voters, it's virtually switched. The difference between Gallup's "likely" and "registered" voters show how important turnout will be in the election.
