JACKSONVILLE -- A missing elderly woman was found early Tuesday morning and is now home with her family. Police originally reported the missing woman was Barbara Smith.

But Tuesday, police said the woman's name is actually Barbara Springs. Springs, who is 75-years-old and has dementia, was missing for more than 12 hours.

Police say they found her in her car at a railroad crossing. After running her name and plates, the officer realized she had been reported missing. She was checked into the hospital and later released.

Where she was missing and why she only went out in that age? The family members should take care about the old people. Thank you Bizworldusa
