Critics question unemployment rate

SPRINGFIELD -- A political think tank is calling "bluff" on the nation's new unemployment numbers. The Illinois Policy Institute says the jobless rate is much higher than 7.8% for September.

That's a .3% drop from August. Critics say it's actually around 11%, because the invisible unemployed weren't counted. Those are people who stopped looking for work.
