Tuesday looks warmer, but breezy

Tuesday is looking like another nice warm-up with temperatures starting in the lower 40s, but ending in the middle to upper 60s!  However, the wind will be around 15 to 25 mph with higher gusts, which will be annoying at times.  There is an overnight chance of rain, but that should be after 10PM.
