Rep starts Medicaid petition

DANVILLE -- One lawmaker is pushing to get the ball rolling on Medicaid changes. The whole system was reformed last year to save millions of dollars.

But, those changes haven't been put into practice. So, Representative Chad Hays is starting a petition. He says delays cost the taxpayer on a daily basis.
