The mayor of Georgetown faces five counts of public indecency, each a Class A misdemeanor. 54-year old Darrell Acord turned himself in at the Public Safety Building in Danville, Thursday afternoon. The Vermilion County Sheriff's department gave the case to the state police to investigate avoiding a possible conflict of interest. His arrest is the talk of the small town. We don't know who he is accused of exposing himself to.
