Men charged with armed robberies

URBANA -- Two men have been charged with armed robberies. Prentice Taylor and William Jackson appeared in federal court this week. The indictment accuses them of several robberies in Champaign at McDonald's, Mobil Super Pantry, Central Illinois Credit Union and Marine Bank.

Both suspects were ordered to remain in the custody of U.S. Marshals. Their trials are scheduled for December 10.
