ROCKFORD -- A Charleston man was found dead in a Port-a-Potty. The Winnebago County Coroner's Office confirmed a maintenance worker found 61-year-old Samuel Charles Wallace on Thursday afternoon.

Authorities said Wallace was homeless and had been living there. An autopsy Friday didn't reveal the cause of death but a representative from the coroner's office said foul play is not suspected.
