DECATUR -- Stewart Brothers is issuing a voluntary recall of 90-pounds of ground beef which may be contaminated with E.coli. The meat-packing plant issued the recall because the products were made from beef trim that was subject to another recall announced by the U.S. Food and Safety Inspection Service last month.

The products were produced September 12 and distributed to local restaurants. Packaging bears Stewart Brothers' establishment number of 447 inside an Illinois seal of inspection. It's also stamped with a code of 255 or 256. There have been no reports of illness from the meat.
