URBANA -- One group is calling for clearer information on foods to make sure all genetically-engineered foods are labeled. The group held a rally at Strawberry Fields grocery store Tuesday.

Members asked voters to call State Senator Mike Frerichs (D) about the effort. They say there's already a house bill requiring more detailed labels which will be introduced in January. Members hope Frerichs will write up one for the senate too.

More than 150 people made the call.
