IROQUOIS COUNTY -- A village clerk is under investigation. Cissa Park village leaders have asked the sheriff's office to look into the town's finances, but won't say why.

The request came after Rhonda Sue Siebert resigned last month. She was clerk, village collector and bookkeeper.

WCIA-3 News could not reach her or anyone on the board for comment.
