Supreme Court declines to hear district dispute

SPRINGFIELD -- The U.S. Supreme Court says it won't consider a case between Illinois republicans and democrats over new district boundaries. The democrats got to redraw the lines for this year's election.

It's done every decade to keep up with population changes. But, the GOP says the new map gives democrats too much of an unfair advantage. The Supreme Court didn't state why it won't hear the challenge.
