AmEx to refund $85 million for deceiving customers

CNN -- After being charged with deceiving its customers, American Express will refund $85-million to 250,000 customers. They'll be contacted and reimbursed by the company.

It's because the company illegally charged late fees, promised 300, non-existent $100 rewards and discriminated against applicants over the age of 35.
