SPRINGFIELD -- Pharmacists can have the final say now on whether to sell the controversial "morning after pill." An Illinois appeals court ruled last week in favor of two pharmacists who were suing the state.

They claim the law was unconstitutional because it forced them to sell the pill even though it was against their religious beliefs. The ACLU says it takes away women's choice. Pro-life advocates say it's a choice pharmacists should be able to make.

The state hasn't said yet whether it plans to appeal the ruling to the Illinois Supreme Court.
