TOLONO -- One man can now call himself a millionaire, thanks to a winning lottery ticket. Ray Eckstein went to the Casey's Sunday. He was using $30 he'd won from a scratch-off to get another.

With the second ticket, he won $1 million. People around town hope some of the luck rubs off on them. Eckstein says he's happy about the win, but adds it's a lucky thing to have happened. He's taking the lifetime payout instead of the lump sum.
