URBANA -- To prepare for Veterans Day, motorcyclists are taking to the streets. More than 100 riders got together for the 7th Annual "Veteran's Thank You Run" Saturday.

Proceeds from the event buy clothing, toiletries and personal effects for the Veteran's Illiana Care Center in Danville.

Jan King, a volunteer for the ride says, "You can't participate in a ride like this and not feel an overwhelming sense of pride. It's a beautiful day; we are blessed with a bunch of friends with really big hearts."

The ride ended with a charity auction. 100% of donations go to veterans, including the Wounded Warriors Project which supports disabled veterans.
