Refuse, Block and Tell

WCIA-3 -- Students across Champaign got together this week to learn more about bullying and how to stop it. Here are a few other suggestions from the National Crime Prevention Council.

It suggests kids refuse to pass on cyber-bullying messages. Kids should also block cyber-bullies and tell their friends to stop.
