CHAMPAIGN -- A new study finds nearly 3/4 of all parents aren't using child safety seats the correct way. "Safe Kids Worldwide" says there are tips parents forget; like keeping children in rear-facing seats until at least age two, and in the backseat until they're 13. If you want help making sure the seat is in properly, there's an inspection Saturday.
