CHAMPAIGN -
It's round two as old man winter hits Central Illinois with another blast of snow, but luckily this time wasn't as bad.  With all of the snow already on the ground, even today's couple of inches meant big headaches for city workers and neighbors alike.

Neighbors like Phill Parmer, who spent his Saturday clearing his culdesac with a snowblower. "It's a beautiful time to enjoy the snow," said Parmer, "but I think we've had enough though." Parmer and his neighbors take turns clearing the street to make sure they'll be able to get out safely when they need to.

City workers say people like Parmer make their job a little easier, but keeping up when more snow keeps coming is no easy task. Kyle Schneider oversees the City of Champaign's plows. He says they are working hard to stay ahead of the blowing, drifting snow, but this was the last thing they needed after a week spent already trying to figure out where to put all of the snow already on the ground.

The city has received numerous calls about the high piles of snow causing visibility problems on some roads. He says they are actively trying to find something to do with it all. Schneider says they are depending on next week's above freezing temperatures to do away with a lot of the excess and make things easier on them and on commuters. But odds are you won't hear anyone singing "let it snow" for quite a while.
