CHAMPAIGN -- Thursday's storms dumped a lot of rain. Here's the scene at Neil and Kirby. Cars had to slow down to navigate huge puddles. Parts of town saw 1-1/4" rain. Areas near Bloomington saw about 1-3/4" rain.
