SPRINGFIELD -- The state fair is on high alert for swine flu. Health officials confirmed one case in the past week.

A child came into contact with pigs at the Coles County Fair. There's now hand sanitizer stations all around the fair. Posters remind visitors to be careful around animals.

It's all just a precaution, but farmers say it hurts the industry. Illinois is one of four states with a confirmed case of the illness. It can make you feel like you have the flu.
