The US Drought Monitor has now cleared Central Illinois out of all drought classifications.  You can get more on the drought categories in our Weather 101 Section.

Looking ahead, the 8 to 14 day forecast has more rain in the forecast for us, though for this time of year, that's not much water.

Here's a look at how bad the drought was last week

It's called Chemtrails. USAF and others spraying our skies with barium, aluminum, and other metalics to cause drought. Contrails don't stay in the air long, and don't make trails miles and miles behing a plane. Chemtrails however disperse in the air and stay in the air for hrs causing a cloud to cover the atmosphere. It's called Chemtrails/geo-engineering. The government will deny they are doing this, but ppl like Bill Gates will say geo-engineering/Chemtrails, will cool the Earth by reflecting some of the Sun's rays. Truth is though, the government and other governments are doing this and it's clear as day to those who know what to look for in the skies. Why is it that one day there's trails of X's and other patterns painting the sky and you can see 3-5 planes in the air at once spraying the skies, and then other days there's none to be seen? If it was normal air traffic and just contrails, it'd be every day, but it's not. It's Chemtrails/geo-engineering. Very good documentaries on it called 'What in the World Are They Spraying' and 'Why in the World are They Spraying.' I would suggest watching them.
