ScottIf you log onto winningblackjacksecrets.com, you can read all about Scott Andrews, how he overcame bankruptcy, and how his gambling secrets can make you thousands of dollars. But the picture of Scott Andrews is actually a picture of Mayor Scott Eisenhauer taken from the Danville city website. Now he says he wants answers. Eisenhauer said, "we want to make it very clear to everyone, this is not me." he says he is still perplexed at how, out of the millions of pictures posted on the web, his face ended up on a website selling gambling secrets. Now he's worried someone out there might think the story is true. "It really started to make me concerned if not sick to my stomach to read this to realize somebody very easily could assume this to be me," Eisenhauer said. Danville City Attorney, David Wesner says taking someone else's likeness to endorse a product is a pretty serious offense, especially if that person is a public official. "When you talk about an elected official that's even more egregious," Wesner said. "They are a public official and the reputation and damage this could create is pretty serious." The company that operates the site calls itself Advanced Strategy Netwok, LLC, out of Oakland, California. Right now Eisenhauer and Wesner are discussing their options. They have yet to be able contact the company directly, but one thing is for sure Eisenhauer says, "quite honestly, more than anything else, we want to get the picture off of the website."
