snow Winter weather is wreaking havoc in central Illinois.
Police are dealing with dozens of accidents, including a mutli-car pile up on I-74 near the Lincoln Street exit. Authorities are advising people to stay off the streets until conditions improve. The snow storm is expected to begin tapering off this afternoon, and end early this evening. Accumulations are expected to total around 4 inches in Champaign-Urbana.
