Meeting to Address Parents' Concerns

Updated: February 5, 2007
Parents who have questions about the arrest of a second grade teacher in Urbana can ask school leaders directly at a meeting later this week. Jon White from Thomas Paine is accused of playing oral sex games with his students. He was arrested last week. This Wednesday, parents can meet with leaders from the Urbana School District along with the Urbana Police Department, Champaign County Mental Health and the Champaign County States Attorneys Office about any concerns they may have. The meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. at the Thomas Paine school gym.
