Increased Super Bowl Patrols

policeIllinois State Police are on the look out for drunk drivers following the Super Bowl. Sunday night police met in Champaign to find out where they'll spend the evening looking for people who've had too much to drink. Officers say they understand alcohol is a part of the Super Bowl tradition for most, but say it's zero tolerance for anyone who tries to take the party on the road. Statewide more than one hundred state officers will be hitting the highways tonight.
