Sculpture in City Square

EFFINGHAM -- You can find sculptures in every corner of the town's square. The artwork is brightening up Our Town Effingham.
    Artists submit their work to the city. Then, they pick pieces to display for a year. Tim Frye is one of the artists taking part in the program. During the past 5-years, he's had 15-sculptures shown on the square.
    The program started 10-years ago. There are currently 40-sculptures on display.
