Wrecking Ball Set to Crash in Downtown Danville

Youll start to see big changes when you drive through downtown Danville. Crews set up the crane Thursday along Main Street. Theyll start knocking down old buildings Friday morning. It is part of a big push to clean up the downtown area. In all, more than 20 buildings will be coming down. The work will last for weeks. The city is paying for the demolition through bonds.
