More Sex Charges

In Decatur, a man with a history of sex offenses now faces new charges after allegedly trying to lure a 13-year old girl into his car. Police say Billy Ray Neal drove up to the girl as she walked to the bus stop, opened his car door, and asked her to get in. Neal was convicted in 1991 for a similar offense. He could face more charges for driving on a revoked license, and since its his second time caught driving without a license, he could face yet another felony charge.
