Convicted sex offender arrested.

Generic PoliceA man with a history of sex offenses could be facing new charges. Decatur police say Billy Ray Neal has been arrested for attempting to get a 13-year-old girl into his car. They say Neal drove up to the girl as she was walking to the bus stop opened the door and asked the child to get inside. Investigators say Neal was convicted in 1991 for a similar offense. He also faces a charge of driving with a revoked license.
